He worked to find us the house of our dreams and was patient as we went through the process of discovering what we did and did not want in an area we were unfamiliar with. He exceeded our expectations. There were little issues that the seller was being difficult about and Glade helped us work through those issues keeping our best interests at the forefront. Glade is a professional builder. He is expert at real estate and construction. Whatever our needs were to enhance the sale-ability of our home Glade had an answer. He has a rolodex full of professionals on which to call upon, be it a landscaper, a decorator, a banker, a painter, a handyman, a concrete layer, whomever is necessary to provide a solution. Glade Kept us informed of every aspect of the construction from the lot grading to the final finishing touches. Glade even sent us pictures of the activity while away and not able to see construction progresses. He also showed uncommon flexibility when it came to making alterations to suit our preferences while still keeping within our budget.
